eds specialise in working on high risk sites for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries with projects ranging from decommissioning of oil refineries, chemical process structures, pharmaceutical production lines and highly contaminated buildings to controlled explosive demolitions of multi storey office blocks and other structures/buildings on site.
Fifteen years on, eds continue to offer specialist dismantling and demolition solutions with a difference, focusing on client satisfaction, superior safety standards and a company ethos of team work.
Over the past few years, the company direction has taken new routes into land remediation, recognising that post demolition; there is a subsequent need to clean the land for redevelopment and reuse.
By offering a broad range of activities eds can present a turnkey project management solution for the client, from initial asbestos surveys/removal through to equipment dismantling, building and equipment decontamination, demolition and land remediation.

Initial consultation is offered free of charge obligation on the basis that eds is offered the opportunity to tender for the future project. eds are confident that the proposals and advice offered will add value to any decommissioning process; however, following a review of our proposals, should the benefits of our in-house solutions not prove to be to the benefit of the project, eds offer to forfeit the chance to tender.
eds can provide accurate site and ground investigation reports, fully detailed budget costings and programmes within an agreed time frame and guaranteed maximum cost.
